Minimum Qualification to Apply:

ü  Should be a graduate in any discipline.

ü  Should be distinctly distinguished by the edge of good academic results.

ü  Should be a fast tracker and capable to assume leadership position within max 2-5 years

ü  Should be ready to shoulder leadership at any global location where MGH may operate upon successful and proven numerous various value delivering.

ü  Should be ready to undertake stress and work hard for exceeding expectations.

The Position:

      Global Trainee (GT)/ Management Trainee (MT)/ Trainee Executive (TE)

      6-12 months probation period
