Creation of Management Trainee Administration in Tata Steel

Tata Steel is looking for post-graduates with an excellent academic background to develop a cadre for Management Trainees to meet the challenges of managing external stakeholders.
Educational Qualification: Post Graduation from 2011-2012 & 2010-11 batch only (any stream)
Pre Qualification: 60% throughout in academics (Xth, XIIth ,Graduation & PG)
Job Description: Develop a Cadre for Management Trainee to cater to the company’s increasing need to meet the challenges of managing the external environment/stakeholders
Interactions with the community, government and stakeholders are becoming more intense and complicated in Jamshedpur & all other locations.
With Greenfield, Raw Material and other expansion projects in progress there is a need to develop people who can deal with such issues and situations
Need to develop profiles / people who can help manage these complexities.

Skill Assessment: All shortlisted profiles will undergo a 50 Minutes of Wheebox Cognitive and Behavioral Skill Assessment and will subsequently appear for a face-to-face interview with Tata Steel.
