Position: Asst Marketing Manager
Location: Kolkata.
Require: Fresh Graduate / PG (B.Com /BBA /
M.Com - Marketing)
Experience: - Fresher’s, Experience candidate will be added advantage
(Candidate should have the experience of residential and commercial sales). Candidate
should have good communication, presentation skill, customer handling. Also should
be computer savvy, must be expert in MS-Excel, Word, and Email Correspondence.
(Knowledge in ERP will be added advantage)
Job Profile:
Sales calls attend & customers attend, brief
them about the projects. Arrange for site visit for the Customer. Update the
availability chart of all projects. Check and
respond to queries from customers via email with details of the projects (as
per the customer requirement). Coordination with the banks related to home loan.
Preparing MIS and submit to the management daily basis (Sales call and its
status). Preparing weekly progress report and submit it to the management. Preparing
reports of ads, receive calls, follow up and generate sales etc.
CTC: Rs. 8,000/- p.m. to 16,000/- p.m. + Incentives+Mobile+Conveyance
(Depending upon the capability of the candidate)
