oriented professionals for the position of Regional Manager (Structured
Finance). The company offers highly customized structured lease solutions to MNC
and top Indian corporate houses and currently operates within the asset
category of automobiles and plans to expand over the next 3 – 4 yrs to include
other assets classes also. The position of Structured Finance professional is
an exceptional opportunity for mid-level finance professionals (or marketing
professionals with strong background of mathematics/economics) to establish a
long term career in a dynamic niche financial services company with high growth
potential. The SFP (Structured finance) professional will be an integral part
of acquisition team leading and responsible for pricing, proposal, assisting
acquisition team in client acquisition and being a part of business development
on PAN India. They will also be responsible for structuring solutions for
acquired and existing clients on a need base and be responsible for customer
retention as well. In essence they will act as consultants for the clients of
the company in structuring and delivering customized lease solutions for
various asset classes for such clients.

Require:
Final Year – BBA, B. Sc ( Economics, Statistics, Maths)
Cut
off: Class X & XII – 75% and graduation – 60%

Desired
Skill – Strong financial acumen in the domain of financial
services or financial and must be accustomed to create and present high impact
and winning presentations to high level audiences at a functional level
including ability to handle team and timeline dependent work flows.
Personal attributes - Confident and
high level interpersonal skills including the ability to persuade or influence
others to accept a point of view, to adopt a specific agenda or to take a course
of action; ability to be rational, objective and unbiased when making decisions
or taking action; and ability to be open, flexible and creative with regards to
time management and scheduling challenges. Must be ethical in dealings.
