Position : Graduate Trainee

Location: Kolkata

Require: Graduate / PG (2013 batch) - B.Com, BBA, M.Com

Role :

1. Analysing the potential of the market on product line & sharing Date with Branch Manager
2. Attending Sales Call with Current Sales & Marketing Team Members
3. Generating Fresh Business Leads from the Market.
4. Visiting to IMD’s & Agent, Broker & Maintaining Business Relationship.
5. Tracking & Sourcing own Leads on Business Potential Product wise.
6. Understanding Process & procedure of other Department Operations, Claims, Underwriter & Finance & Account

Graduate Trainee:

• The candidate should have passed the Graduate Program exam in 2012 (first attempt) OR Pursing their Final Exam to current Year.
• Consistent performance (55% & above) in 10^th, 12^th & Graduation
• No gap in the education
• Fresher and a local candidate would be preferred.
• Understands the needs of Insurance Industry and looks towards building a career in the Insurance sector.

Behavioral Profile:

• Willing to Develop this Career in Sales & Marketing Job.
• Good in oral and written communication. Should be a team player
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning
• Willingness to learn and go the extra mile
• Should have drive and determination

Compensation:

Designation: Graduate Trainee

CTC during Training Period-Rs. 210000/- pa

CTC Post Confirmation Salary-Rs. 250000/- pa

Bonus: After successful completion of 1 year training Program, GT will be absorb as Executive  and they will be given Rs. 25000 as Retention Bonus on successfully completion of Licentiate exam. Retention Bonus will be subject to confirmation & clearance of Licentiate Exam.

Career Path:

• On successful completion of 12 month period with Subject to Performance – Graduate Trainee will be absorbed as Executive at – M1.
•  Salary will be offered as per grid with implementation of all Terms & Condition as per FG Policy of Recruitment.
