Position: Data Entry Executive

  Require: Students pursuing B.Com or Any graduate with basic knowledge of Tally ERP 9 and    basic I.T. skills

Data Entry Job Purpose: Maintains database by entering new and updated account information.

Job Description:
·        Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.
·        Process accounts source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
·        Enter accounts data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
·        Knowledge in Tally ERP 9
·        Filling of documents and accounting files
·        Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
·        Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, sorting, correcting, deleting, or re entering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
·        Upgrade data by inputting new data; reviewing output.
·        Secure information by completing data base backups.
·        Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
·        Protect operations by keeping information confidential.

Position: Customer  Care Executive

Require: From all departments any body interested

Skills:-
·        Excellent communication skills
·        Must be fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali
·        Must be proficient in MS-Excel. Should be able to prepare reports in excel for all queries and complaints.
·        Should have good convincing skills
·        Experience in the same domain would be an added advantage
·        Should be able to handle both inbound and outbound calls, generally query calls.

KRA:-
·        providing help and advice to customers using the organisation's products or services;
·        communicating courteously with customers over telephone and emails
·        investigating and solving customers' problems
·        handling incoming calls and also making  follow up calls
·        dealing with client queries on daily basis
·        handling customer complaints
·        keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
·        analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service the organisation is providing
·        Maintaining data in CRM software and generating reports
·        learning about the organisation's products or services and keeping up to date with changes

Stipend: Rs.6000/- pm

Duration: 2 months
