Position: Business Development Consultant / Outbound Call Specialist

Our latest venture “Accenza” (HQ'ed in Kolkata) is a highly strategic and accountability-oriented technology consulting and services organization. With Accenza, we work on a basic principle - provide outstanding internet solutions while always focusing on a high return on investment for our global pool of clients.
We aim to launch with our pilot batch of young, experienced, and ambitious Business Development Consultants by end-December. Hence it's urgent for me to have a start-team of superstars ready. We already have some great people on board (35+ across various functions) and now looking for few brilliant resources to establish, manage, and grow our Sales function for international market

The Role :
Business development consultants would be responsible for developing new business for our IT and Business Consulting vertical. We are looking for young business development and outbound call specialist with a great attitude and excellent organization & people skills. Positions are open for International operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Focus on business development through cold calling, networking, referral and mining our current customer base for new deals. You need to be able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast paced environment, and will have a high degree of responsibility as part of a successful, committed and fun team.
• Creatively identify new businesses and activities to be featured, expanding the range of services for our clients. Organize meetings with prospective businesses and get the final contract.
• Proactively seek out new opportunities whilst maintaining relationships with established clients to build and maintain a portfolio of preferred partners.
Ideal Profile:
·   Willing to work in morning shift (7am to 4.30 pm)
•  The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated interest in upcoming technology including Web  Products
• Should have very good communication skill and able to speak to international clients
• Highly organized, task and detail oriented
• Performance driven, able to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure
• Self Starter with strong time management skills
• Good computer skills and tech savvy.
• A team player with effective communication skills
• Positive, energetic, and dynamic personality
