The Company was incorporated in 1989
by Mr R L Mukherjee and was taken by Mr Sunil Sarogoi. Finally, the company
changed hands in June’1998 and it was taken over by the present group, who
infused adequate capital, upgraded the systems, expanded market activities and
improved the bottom lines of the company. The company is engaged in
manufacturing different types of commercial explosives to be used in breaking
of rocks/ stones in mines (coal & metal) roads, tunnel etc. We are the largest producer of
industrial explosives in Eastern India after ORICA & IDL. We are also in the process of
introducing new generation type of explosives for specialized application. We are expanding our plant activities
very rapidly to meet the present day requirement of customer’s needs which are
growing at very fast space. Our customers include CIL, SAIL,
TISCO, WBMDC, ELECTROSTEEL, ICML (Goenka Group), SHOVA ISPAT, etc. We are also in the process of feeding
export market like NEPAL, BANGLADESH, BHUTAN etc. The present turnover of the company
is around 100 crore and the turnover of our group companies is around 600
crore.

Job Description: To monitor the production process as per formulation fixed using proper composition of RM. Manpower distribution as per requirement. Quality check of RM as well as finished products.
