Peerless Securities Ltd., incorporated in 1995 is a subsidiary of PGFIL. Just less than 2 decades young and the company has already expanded its branches all over the country, and is continuing in its growth path with the vision of becoming “One Stop Financial Supermarket" in India. 

What’s in store for students:-

· They will be working under the guidance of National Head Retail sales, of Peerless Securities Ltd or as decided by management.

· Get a glimpse of corporate world and its functioning.

· Learn about various financial products available in the market.

· Prepare project report on various issues.

· In-house and out-house training.

Qualification: Graduate with pursuing specialization B.Com, / BBA / M.Com / PGDM

Age: Not more than 27 years.

Training period : slot 1 April-May slot 2 Jun-July

Desired personal Qualities : Strong presentation, communication and influencing skills. The candidate should be enthusiastic and energetic and capable of working in a dynamic environment. The incumbent should exhibit entrepreneurial zeal.

Responsibilities The candidate should possess an inclination towards working in a financial institution and must have an interest in marketing & selling financial products and sound business proposals. Getting trained in various fields like Securities Broking related activities, marketing and selling Financial Product Distribution, Project report on various fields, Franchisee Operations , In-house training of various financial products, etc. The job therefore is not a back office job at all and needs developing administrative skills as well as sales and marketing skills and bringing actual business right from the beginning.
