We are currently  for the position of HR Trainee / Jr Relationship Manager

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Any Post Graduate / Graduate with PG Diploma with First Div in Secondary Education
2. Excellent communication skills ( fluent in English & Hindi )
3. Aggressive & Target Driven
4.Knowledge of basic computing skills


RELATIONSHIP MANAGER KRA
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Consistently meet recruitment targets as defined by TCPL
2. Manage Key Account Business by working closely with Client Hiring Managers
3. Manage End to End recruitment lifecycle on every assignment , which includes
4. candidate sourcing , shortlisting , interview co ordination , counselling , offer
management , onboarding , reference check and post offer feedback processes .
5. Maintain accurate documentation , reporting and regular status updates as required.
6. Participate in client acquisition drives
7. Participate in recruitment knowledge sharing and best practices.

Candidate Profile:
1. Graduate / Post Graduate , with minimum 60% in Xth need apply
2. Excellent communication skills ( fluent in English & Hindi )
3. Aggressive & Target Driven .Knowledge of basic computing skills
4. Recruitment experience would be preferred but not mandatory

Compensation :
Annual Compensation would vary from Rs. 1.2 lac – Rs 2 lac . In addition to this based
on individual performance the variable pay will range from 50K – 1 lac pa other
performance linked awards will also apply . We offer PF , ESI and and Bonus apart from
other benefits .
