Internship
Felicity is an online retail business. We
are into different segments of products which we sell online as vendors to
various online websites (Amazon, Snapdeal, Flipkart). Some of the segments we
operate under include: books, male and female accessories, stationery, toys,
gifts and home decor items. Felicity is in the process of creating its own
website. The profile of interns we require can be divided into two categories:
i)
Back Office, where the
following skills are required: a) MS Office, b) researching on websites for pricing
and product details, c) online processes to be followed for listing of products—training
will be provided. The interns will also participate in inventory management,
including scanning and stocking of products. The salary will depend on the perceived
capabilities of the concerned intern.
ii)
Sales and business development,
where the following skills will be required: a) smooth customer interaction in
English, including customer service calls, b) researching new website features,
c) selling to prospective customers.
