·         Parcon (India) Private Limited has been registered under the Companies Act 1956 as a Private Limited Company.
·         In 1991, the Company was licensed by the Tea Board as a Tea Broker and Auctioneer and was permitted to commence business  in Siliguri, West Bengal .  Presently, the Profit Center Head and Branch Manager is Mr. Vikas Srivastava
·         In 2002, the Company opened a Branch in Kolkata, West Bengal . In Kolkata, Presently, the Profit Center Head and Branch Manager is Mr. Prasun Roy Chowdhury
·          In 2004 , a Branch in Guwahati , Assam was established. Presently, this branch head is Mr Partha Dey.

Business Volume of Teas sold :-

In the short span of 22 years of it’s existence, the Company is proud to state that it has achieved the distinction of becoming the second-largest Broker in North India handling sales of  80 million kgs of tea with an annual turnover of over  Rs. 1,000 crores. 

Job Content : - Involves, sampling teas,  tasting teas, valuing teas, cataloging and auctioning teas, marketing teas to Buyers in the Auction Centers and up-country Buyers for Private Sales, together with providing up-to-date and accurate  MIS data. In addition, we also advise the Sellers on manufacturing so that they are able to produce the quality of teas for which there is steady buying demand, and,  it is our  endeavor to get them the highest prices for their teas .
This is a Service Industry and requires a lot of hard work, dedication, commitment, perseverance and communications at all levels. The rewards are a satisfied customer. We have the privilege of being of service to and enjoying the patronage and confidence of some of the major stake-holders in the Tea Industry and have developed an excellent bond with the Selling and Buying communities.
 Salaries & Perquisites are on par with the best in the Industry. Depending on the exigencies of service the job is transferable to any Branch in India.

 Recruit Graduate Trainees ( from any stream )who are interested in making a career in the Tea Industry. Basic computer knowledge and a good command of the English language  is essential. The applicants should be presentable, must have very good communication skill.
