Currently we have the opening for the position of Social Media Executive for 

our Digital Marketing Section. I am hereby giving you the detail of Competency

 and KRA for the said post.

Competency of Social Media Executive:

1. The Person should be familiar with Community Management.
2. The Person should be knowledgeable as per Search Engine Optimization is concerned. (i.e Mainly focus areas should be Keyword analysis, On Page SEO, Off-Page SEO).
3. The Candidate Should have a Creative design ideation capability for branding experience.
4. Candidate should be a Polished writer.
5. The Candidate should be comfortable with Emerging trends and technology.(He/She must always have their finger on the pulse in regards to breaking news, new products/services, or new ideas).
6. The Person should have a analytical mindset.
7. The candidate should have strategic vision & tactical awareness, which should be aligned with company’s business goals and tactics.
8. The Candidate should have excellent Presentation ability. (it is important he/she can present information on paper as well as explain progress in an articulate manner).

KRA SPEC:

• Establishes an overall social media plan that includes daily corporate news, marketing campaigns and etc. through various social networks to ensure that enterprise goals are met.

• Evaluates the effectiveness of social media programs, based on online conversations, search visibility and other intelligence gathering approaches.
• Constructs and maintains relationships with social media influential (e.g. top bloggers); effectively coordinates internal collaboration with internal project managers, web developers and other stakeholders to publish social media.
• Identifies the future trends of relevant markets, seeks potential business opportunities through social media channels and expands the market rate through accurately analyzing intelligence.
• Creating and implementing a social media strategy.

CTC: Rs. 3 - 3.6/- lakhs pa
