Position: HR Trainee ( Projects on Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Social Media Management for 2COMS.

 

Require: B.Com, BBA, M.Com, COP

                  English, Pol Sc, Sociology, Mass Com

Eligibility Criteria

 

1. Good convincing and analyzing skill

2. Should be target driven and able to handle pressure

3. Should be a self-motivator and work as an independent contributor

4. Prior Experience preferably in sales or marketing

 

Key Responsibilities

 

ü  Managing end to end Recruitment that includes sourcing, screening, interview scheduling & coordination, negotiating compensation packages etc.

ü  Sourcing through multiple channels - Portals, References, Networking, Database, Google, LinkedIn etc.

ü  Should be able to get a pool of candidates, do telephonic screening, and schedule the interview and follow-up.

ü  Client Interaction & Coordination as and when required.

ü  Cross verification of the individuals profile by interacting with candidates personally for Telecom Industries.

ü  Developing new database by making fresh calls, cold call.
