Whitelight Moving Picture Company
was formed in 1987 with ace Directors Namita Ghose Roy & Subir Chatterjee.
In its 29 years of existence the company has produced more than 400 Televison
ads (TVC). The first TVC that it did was the memorable "Dancing Girl in
the Waterfall" for Liril. Other ads include "Nakshatra" starring
Aishwarya Rai "Petrol khatam nahi hota" for Maruti 800 etc. Some of

The company is among the Top 10 TV commercial producers in India.

Job Profile
The company is looking at "Creative Producers".
The source of business for the company is scripts from the top creative houses
- JwT, O&M, Lowe, Rediffusion. The company intends to expand its business
to include mid sized creative agencies with whom they don't work as of now. The
job will be to establish contact with these agencies, present the credentials
of the company & see if there is a requirement for a film
If we find that the candidate is able to convert calls
into business then we will give them an opportunity to be a part of the
production process for that particular TVC (Paid trip to Mumbai). Travel to
Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore may be required to close business deals for which the
candidate will be reimbursed
Candidate Profile - Mass Communication
We are looking at a candidate who can ultimately become a
"Creative Producer". The candidate must have an artistic vision
and creative skills not only to fit but also drive the company's DNA as the Top
10 production houses in the country. Commitment and a deep passion for film making
are essential, along with the ability to act as a strong and confident person.
The candidate should be able to talk freely with the Creative Director on the
script, he/she should be able to "value add" to the script and close
the business in favor of our production house. The candidate must also
appreciate the needs and expectations of the project budget
Other Details
Stipend: Rs 8000 + Incentive on business closure
Duration: Minimum 1 month extendable as per mutual
agreement. Outstanding candidates will work as Creative Producers
