Profile 1Customer Service Associate

Job of Customer Service Associate involves communicating with customers through different mediums (Email, Chat and Phone) by utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast paced environment

Skills: Amazon is looking for candidates with:
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Comprehension and problem solving skills
  • Familiarity with MS-Office, Internet Explorer
  • Good typing skills.
  • Willing to work in a 24*7 environment
Compensation Details - INR 1,75,000 to 2,50,000

Profile 2: Transportation Operation Specialist:

A Trans Ops Specialist facilitates flow of information between different stakeholders (Delivery Associates/Delivery Service Providers/Station Managers/Customer Service Associates) and resolves any potential issues that impacts customer experience and delivery performance. A Trans Ops Specialist provides timely resolution to the issue in hand by researching & querying internal tools, by taking real-time decisions and having an effective communication with the stakeholders (over phone or email). An ideal candidate should be able to understand the issue and be able to drive Customer Experience without compromising on time. The candidate should have the basic understanding of Logistics and should be able to communicate clearly in the verbal and written form. The role will require the candidate to communicate with the stakeholders over the phone.

  • Good knowledge of working over internet and an ability to successfully navigate websites

Profile 3: Seller Support

The Seller Support Associate acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our business partners. The Seller Support Associate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate operational support to Merchants selling on the Amazon platform. The successful candidate has an immediate, distinct effect on the experience of customers of Amazon, making a strong record of customer focus a high standard for the role. A Seller Support Associate is expected to address chronic system issues, provide process improvements, develop internal documentation, and contribute to a team environment, all while adhering to service level agreements for phone and/or email cases.
·        Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication.
·        Provides prompt and efficient service to Amazon Sellers and Merchants including the appropriate escalation of Sellers’ issues.
·        Builds Platform and business knowledge to better serve sellers
·        Maintains a positive and professional demeanor always portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues.
·        Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently knowledge while using departmental resources, policies and procedures.
·        Contributes to a positive team environment and proactively aids team members with difficult contacts as needed.
·        Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
·        Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identifies trends to appropriate channel including improvement suggestions.
·        Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, or Payments teams as required to resolve Seller’s issues and questions.
