Story Writer : Ability to develop creative concepts and write engaging content for web/digital platforms. Must have an interest in and knowledge of content on TV / Web / Movies, and an understanding of relevant audiences. Knowledge of Bengali literature and culture would be an added advantage.
Trainee CMS : Managing content for our OTT platform. Flair for Analytics and the ability to use the same analysis to make strategic decisions.
Graphic Designer : Create visually engaging content aligned with marketing objectives, and adapt designs to respective platforms. Proficiency in Photoshop / Illustrator / Corel Draw and knowledge of basic HTML 5 and CSS will be an added advantage.
Video Editor : Must be conversant with FCP. Strong practical and creative skills with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, with a high level of attention to detail.
Motion Graphic Designer : Producing Motion Graphics, ranging from lower thirds, slates, tags and bumpers to full productions. Must be proficient in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and / or Illustrator, with a moderate knowledge of FCP, Motion, Mac OS and Quicktime. A working knowledge of Autodesk 3DS MAX is a plus. Strong motion design skills with an ability to generate a project from concept to completion.
PR : An organised multitasker with the ability to coordinate meetings, calendars and special projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bangla, with a working knowledge about the Bengali film industry. Should be enthusiastic, articulate, poised and professional.
Social Media : Coordinate and curate content creation for Manage content across social media platforms / channels. Good communication skills.
Digital Marketing & Analytics : Understanding of the online marketing mediums and a flair for Analytics. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Good communication skills.

Recruitment Process
We will give an introductory presentation about SVF and existing opportunities. We will try and keep this an interactive session at the end of which, we will conduct an assessment for Story Writers on the day.
All applicants must carry their resumes and samples of work. The samples/ links to blogs and other social media platforms which the candidates want to showcase must be included on the resume for reference.
The Story Writers will go through a 1.5hr assessment which will have 3 modules. All the other candidates will be screened at the Venue.
Shortlisted candidates will be confirmed the following day and invited to our office for further interviews.
CTC - Depending on the exposure, experience and calibre of the candidates, CTC will range between Rs. 2.5L - 4.5L pa
