CII- Suresh Neotia Centre of Excellence for Leadership (CII-SNCEL) located at Kolkata. This Centre of Excellence is a part of CII’s integrated agenda of building competitiveness through Centres of Excellence. This Centre has been set up by CII for nurturing and enhancing the competitiveness of organizations through a diverse and comprehensive range of services that play a catalytic role in enabling organizations to successfully compete effectively in challenging market environments. This Centre of Excellence was set up on the basis of CII’s core belief that the quality of leadership will play a key role in enabling India to succeed in its Mission for inclusive growth and competitiveness and claim its rightful position in the global arena. Established in the year 2009 at Salt Lake City in Kolkata, West Bengal, the CII- Suresh Neotia Centre of Excellence for Leadership (CII-SNCEL) is aiming to become a key facilitator of leadership development amongst all segments of Business and Society.

JOB SPECIFICATION:
The candidate would be involved in marketing various programs, seminars and conferences conducted by the Centre of Excellence For Leadership pan-India. Also networking with client organizations for sponsorships and may need to travel to their offices as and when required.
QUALIFICATIONS: Mass Communications. or COP (Mass Comm)
ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Good and fluent communication skills. Capable of networking and flexible to travel, if required within the city limits.
