Duration: 2 months
Stipend: 5000 to 10000 All inclusive Per Month 




Position: Manager - Business Development

RESPONSIBILITIES  Responsible for P&L driven decisions for the assigned area  Identifying and finalizing new properties, and for maintaining relationship with all stakeholders to run these properties profitably  Responsible for end-to-end business development of the assigned area; includes planning and building short-term and long-term supply  Cross-functional approach through coordination with multiple teams in inter and Intra geographies  Creating a balance in inventory growth and demand to ensure optimization  Proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities 

REQUIRED SKILLS  2-4 years of relevant experience in sales and business development  Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams  Experience in early-stage startup environments would be an advantage  Focused and possess sales mindset  Fluent communication and ability to manage situations on the ground  Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivation driven  Demonstrates high ethical values


Position: AGM Operation

AGM Roles and
Responsibilities
Customer management
1) Customer Experience/Shifting/CID/Black Swan Events
2) Ensuring 100% resolution of calls made by guests through captain feature
3) Ensuring core OYO promises are met all the time for each property and every guest (even going out of the way to
meet them)
4) Updating correct location (address), amenities & restrictions in CRS
Process adherence
5) Factual PTA
6) Property Handover only after complete TR & Owner expectations meet with BD
7) Regular factual Krypton Audits + Closure of Investigations in defined timeline + Guest recommendation calling
8) Revenue leakage prevention and reporting
9) Regular reviews and discussions with owners on property performance
10) Training and performance management of property staff
11) Ensure adoption of key initiatives - checklists, cleaning chemicals, staff engagement program etc.

13) No Owner blocking (for non black room cases) at properties

Position: Sales

RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive URNs aggressively and ensure achievement of targets month on month
Signing up travel agents across the region into the affiliate program
Responsible to build and sustain travel agent base for distribution expansion for the region
Maintain monthly sales tracker, plan and execute market site visits as agreed with region
Individually responsible to contribute towards meeting the assigned targets
Building new avenues for growth and sustaining the existing ones
Suggest and inculcate loyalty/incentive programs & marketing activities in the region in
order to ensure revenue growth
Demand forecasting and analysis, drive sales statically keeping in view of competitive
analysis
Responsible for ensuring timely collections from partners in coordination with finance

REQUIRED SKILLS
 0-4 years of field sales experience
Focused and possess sales mindset
Fluent communication and ability to manage situations on the ground
Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivation driven
Demonstrates high ethical values

1. Handling all the project execution processes.
2. On boarding accounts.
3. Solving queries.
4. Handle & on-board B2B Accounts.
