Role: Graduate Trainee
Aon Level: 8 The incumbent in this role provides support for the timely delivery of live client projects/ proposals/ special assignments. The incumbent will be expected to undertake various tasks assigned as a requirement of the project and the organization.
Required: Final Year 2018 batch - B.Com, BBA, BA General, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics
Minimum Cut off: 60%
Key Responsibilities/Activities: Working on live client projects as a team member along with consultants and project managers Provide support to projects from kick-off, background research, working on deliverables, and final presentation Preparing proposal documents, presentations and spreadsheets along with consultants Do the background research and prepare for client meetings, presentations, workshops, focus group, interviews etc. along with consultants Interact with clients to collect and analyze data, come up with first draft of insights for client reports
Knowledge: General awareness of current business environment in the country Basic awareness of the consulting business Skills: Effective communication skills Basic proficiency of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (ability to work independently on these applications) Basic Analytical
skills Competencies: Deliver Distinctive Client Value-Stays up to date on client information and delivers outstanding work in a timely manner Develop Unmatched Teams Collaborates with others in a cross-culturally competent way Takes accountability for own development
