An initiative by IIT-IIM graduates, CENTA envisions to make the teaching professional aspirational through its certification process. 

We are looking for Freelance Question Creators!

Job descriptions: This is a paid part-time role, where the person can work from his/her own location, as long as he/she is able to dedicate a few hours per week on a consistent basis. High performers will also receive a Certificate of Appreciation and/or Letter of Recommendation from senior people at CENTA, and may get broader exposure based on interest.

 The typical profile of a question creator is someone with in-depth knowledge and conceptual understanding of the diverse topics in the chosen subject and strong analytical reasoning (important for multiple choice question design). Basic comfort with Excel and Word would also be important for the working process, though in-depth ability to use technology is not needed for the role.
